Dragana Jovanovic-Despich, Serbian, enrolled in the intensive long-term courses tells us why she is studying French at France Langue Paris
My main goal is to become a French-Serbian translator. That’s why I’m studying French full time at France Langue. I would above all like to improve my French writing skills. The Business French courses help me to learn:
- specialized French vocabulary
- terms and business letter models connected to the business world in France
- prepare for the internationally recognized Paris Chambre of Commerce and Industry’s business French exam DFA 1
My other French classes at France Langue in Paris help me to:
- improve my French communication skills
- get a good grasp of French culture
- develop the skills I need to take another internationally recognized exam DALF
I’ve been a Parisian for the past 4 years now. Before studying at France Langue I had never taken a French class in my life. The French I learned before France Langue was:
with my husbands family, with friends I met in Paris.
On the job as a hostess. And by working in a health food store
It’s very stimulating to take French classes at France Langue with:

Along with other students in my proficiency level class, Dragana is improving:

We read, discuss and compare current events, using magazine and newspaper articles such as:
- respect of the no smoking laws in France
- is Paris a clean city?
- ecology in France...
Students learn French grammar, sentence structure, vocabulary and expressions all while learning about French culture.

My Grammar and Communication French class helps students to:
Improve communication skills in French and work on specific problem points in French grammar. Here are a couple of subjects from recent classes:
